Message: The location was 5 stars, the cleanliness was 2 stars as the floor made the towels super grey from wiping up water, the bathroom and kitchen area had ants, and they were short staffed so we didn't get out room serviced as advertised every other week. The other thing is the front desk worker tried to charge us $10 to have it serviced or borrow the vacuum to do it ourselves which was later found to be not the case when the manager/senior front desk worker came in. The lady that works the front desk is so understanding and the one to ask of needing anything.
