Best Western Premier Keizer/Salem Hotel

Message: BEST HOTEL WE'VE STAYED IN! Ok, we don't travel much, but this was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our 9 day roadtrip with our kids. Clean rooms, awesome pool, the best breakfast! The staff was capable and so helpful. It was just such an easy stay! If we ever come to this area again we'll for sure stay again!

Message: So unfortunately, me and my wife Kate could not stay here. I made a mistake making and canceling a reservation. First time I ever made a reservation. I called and the manager Mike. He was very helpful, patient, and understanding. we made a reservation surprise for Kate. but morning of surprise. Our card was already showing a (pending) charge. We get there later that night, and the card doesn't go through so couldn't stay. staff tried very hard to fix the problem and were patient and made calls. Later pending charge is charged. Called Mike and learned that the reservation I thought I had canceled. I actually didn't cancel it. they helped me get a better deal than I expected. But I had not canceled my failed reservation attempt. They will refund my money right away. so, we were not able to enjoy the rooms or the location. so, I can't rate those. The service was amazing. They tried to help us, they made calls, they looked through their system, and found what went wrong. the inside looked clean, and well organized. the uniform looked good on the employees, (sorry for not remembering anyone other than Mike. Talked to him more often during exchange) they had a good attitude, friendly and patient. Just on all that I highly recommend a stay at Best Western Premier Keizer/ Salem Hotel.

Message: My family enjoyed the nice size of the rooms. Everything was very clean. Nice pool and spa. The breakfast was not great, fake agg scramble with cheap sausage. But whatever it fed me. We would stay here again. Friday service.

Message: Rooms are nice, bed was really comfortable, as far as service, not sure how things are supposed to be. Registered 3 people my wife, son & I. The room had a king bed & hide-a-bed. This is what I'm not sure of about service, went to make up the hide-a-bed no sheets or blankets had to go get them from the front desk, is this normal ? cuz never rented a room with a hide-a-bed. Other than that was a great stay.

Message: Nothing to complain about here! We had gotten into town earlier than expected and we were able to check in early. Room and bathroom were both very clean. Appreciated the Keurig in the room. Breakfast was more than your basic bagged danishes and muffins. There's also fast food and a convenience store right across the street which was nice.

Message: The room is very clean and comfortable. We've stayed in some other nice places in the area. Next time we come we will probably stay here. In addition to how inviting the staff and facility are the breakfast was very good.

Message: Wow, what a phenomenal hotel. Super clean, super modern, staff was absolutely amazing! Love that they allowed pets, the breakfast was a highlight as well, as they opened breakfast early and made it convenient to eat and get back on to my road trip in a fast and timely manner. Will be back to this place if I ever find myself up near Salem or Portland. Area was beautiful and I felt safe. Great place.
