Message: Clean rooms friendly staff, quiet rooms. Continental breakfast was ok, only one waffle maker so you have to wait, only apples for fresh fruit, and they ran out of yogurt before 8:30am.

Message: Nice rooms, friendly staff. Shuttle only runs until 10pm or so which I don’t believe was in the listing. had to take an Uber there from the airport but staff was very friendly and helpful.

Message: The person that checked us in was very personable and made us feel welcome. The interactions with them made our visit feel more personal and appreciated. It's a great location to stay when you need to make a very early morning flight at PDX.

Message: I got there and it took about half an hour to check in as they were short staffed. The woman working the front desk was very helpful but obviously overwhelmed. She tried to call for help but was ignored by her co-worker. Got to the room and it was not cleaned. Bed looked like it was slept in, trash outside of and inside the room, no toilet paper or towels. Luckily the woman was kind and worked with us in getting us a new room. She noted the cleaning staff was new and not very good at their job, and by her facial expression it seemed like this had happened before (cleaning staff not actually cleaning the rooms they were supposed to). If it wasn’t for the front desk worker I likely would’ve just left. Don’t necessarily recommend.
