Message: Honestly it's an old outdated (abiet a little crummy) hotel while a bit run down it doesn't smell too bad or have any roaches or bed bugs in my room (as far as I can tell in a single days stay). Ok if you need a hotel real quick for a day and all the motel 6s are booked (as what happened today). The owners seem acceptably friendly too for a place like this.. PS: heads up the wifi sucks.

Message: Absolutely the most highly discusting sticky dirty grimmy trap house ive ever stayed any where ive ever gone! Only put 3 stars so review would post! Stained dirty towels, i dont think they own a broom or a mop, or even k ow what those items are let alone cleaner supplies. God grose! We went and purchased cleaning products and things before even using bathroom microwave mini fridge ect.

Message: I recently stayed there. I was very surprised how very nice the staff was to me and my family. my room was clean and very comfortable. Convenient to the zoo and many other places. I had great service by the maintenance man I was asked if there was anything I needed at all to let him know and he would be right there. Very polite and cheerful staff. Slept well. Even enjoyed two other travelers conversations out in parking lot. Very friendly place I felt safe and comfortable. I will differently book here again for sure. Thanks Budget Inn and Staff.
