Message: The front desk had nice staff and the room was very nice. However.. The beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable (springy bed and paper-thin pillows) and the blankets were literally hard, presumably from using the wrong cleaning supplies. So the room was comfortable but sleeping was difficult. The shower pressure was good though and I enjoyed the VERY soft water. Very few amenities for a Hilton property though.

Message: I am in Oregon more than I am even at home due to work and I really enjoy staying at this location. This isn't the nicest hotel in the area, but they have great rates, clean rooms, are close to things you need, AND my experience with the staff has been great. Jade at the front desk quite literally makes the experience perfect even if things are not perfect. So friendly and engaged. I never feel like I am inconveniencing her. Ellinita is super sweet as well. Every time I have seen her she is trying to help someone or making sure that the hotel is super clean. I choose to stay here every week I am here because of them. They make being away from home and my dogs not feel as stressful. Thank you for all you two do!

Message: Great experience. Very clean! Very friendly staff. Very accommodating. We had to take a room on short notice, and with our cat. Everyone was very nice to us and our kitty. I cannot get over how clean and comfy the room was.

Message: Check in was easy, staff was great. There was a mess in the room and we needed to replace the blanket but the staff responded quickly, cleaned up all the trash in the room and vacuumed while we went out to eat. Would have preferred a new, clean room but they were too full.

Message: Stay here for work a lot. Really like the overall location.. Most the staff is really nice, very rarely have issues. The current lady working weekdays at the front is a little rude and doesn't really seem to care... Rooms are standard Hilton.. Disappointed in amenities.. No pool, no sports, mediocre gym. Don't even carry laundry detergent, just dryer sheets. and $5 to wash and dry....
